Very positive experience We have never owned a Toyota, but were interested in trying an Avalon, after reading the excellent reviews by Consumer Reports. We were also unhappy with our Acura, a car which we have repeatedly purchased since 1986. We were "just looking"but were happily seduced into buying a car. We needed time, and especially time without a salesperson hovering over us. Joey allowed us this by suggesteng we take the car home for a couple of hours. We returned, certain we wanted to buy it. Joey is extremely knowleageable about Toyotas, patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable over the several hours we were in the dealership. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with. Hiram was excellent with the numbers, paperwork, answered many questions. After a couple of days with our new car, we are convinced we bought the right one for us. We think we paid a good price, but any price is the right one if the car is the right one. We will definitely recommend American Toyota. And a big thank you to everyone we worked with for making this such a good experience.. More
