My Purchase My wife and I both had a warm and comfortable experience at your dealership. Dante was the first to approach us and I politely brushed him off, he was very respectful and said that he would be near if we had any questions. I was then approached by John Brummet. He got our attention and got us to discuss what we were looking for. We negotiated with John who is a very good salesperson and an asset to your dealership. Even though we didn’t close the deal that evening, John was still a gentleman to the end. My wife really liked him. She is a judge of great characters. John held his ground and was very informative as to why the dealership couldn’t go any lower in its price. He explained it for me and my wife to understand, without being condescending. Very respectful. Made us feel this dealership had some honest players. Don’t lose this guy. We were not considering to return, and were beginning to look at other alternatives, but the next day I received two calls from Godsey Tross, who turned us back around and back into the dealership. Now, if it were not for this person, (Godsey Tross), we would’ve gone down another route. He is responsible for us coming back in. He managed to convince me over the phone to come back in. He also is an asset to your dealership. He is very knowledgeable about your dealership and the vehicles you sell there. He stood with us throughout the final sale and prepped the vehicle for us and showed my wife and me all the functions of our new vehicle. So I saved the best for last. Your financial officer Mr. Brandan Ortiz. He went over the financial aspects of our purchase and more than all saved this sale from failing and actually made us walk away feeling like we just got a deal of a lifetime!!! Mr. Ortiz is also a great asset to your dealership. He is one of the reasons that I will return to this dealership for the purchase of our next car. For sure. Never felt pushed or minimized regarding ongoing sales transactions. Felt like a valued customer and not anther sales to be rung up on the monthly quota. The same applies to the staff at the parts department. Their service department is run like a well oiled machine.
