Thought i would give them a Second chance went in to purchase a 2018 highlander to replace my 2013 fully loaded Dodge Durango with 30,000 miles again they tried to low ball my trade in and didn't want to work anything out price of the advertised vehicle shot up to full retail guess i have to go to an out of town Toyota dealer. to get what i want at a reasonable price. over all i have purchased 3 vehicles from Larry H miller dealerships and have always been shafted one way or another. think they would care about repeat customers but they don't oh by the way i don't have a poor credit score so talking my business to another dealership doesn't matter just wish they had a Toyota dealership here in town not owned or run by Larry H miller. and cared about their customers. Accommodating Last week our Sienna would not start so, we were stuck in a parking lot after shopping. Got the van jumped and started and headed for Toyota Service. Last week our Sienna would not start so, we were stuck in a parking lot after shopping. Got the van jumped and started and headed for Toyota Service. Although it was late we were set up with a loaner and the Sienna was squeezed into the following days schedule. The van needed a battery(which was on sale) so all worked out well.
