We told him what we wanted and what we could afford and he used his years of experience to make it happen. There was no fast talk, no pressure, and none of the ambiguous secret language we have encountered before. We received a very fair price for our trade-in and drove away with the knowledge that we had done well. Chris Peterson completed our final signing in time for us to pick our son up from school too.
