Incomplete Our 2013 Sienna had a recall for the sliding electric doors. Upon leaving I noticed the clock had not been reset. Next day as I was stopping for a l Our 2013 Sienna had a recall for the sliding electric doors. Upon leaving I noticed the clock had not been reset. Next day as I was stopping for a light I heard strange noises but didn't look because nothing had been changed by us. Once stopped I saw that two of the three middle seats had slid forward; they hadn't been locked back in the proper position. Since I'd been to the Healthplex the next day I took the Sienna back and told Damiano about these two issues. He came out and immediately got all back in order. This is an issue that should have been completed by the technician after doing the recall work. More

Routine 5000 mile check/maintenance Appointment went well, except at the end. Was waiting in the dealership, and got the call that my vehicle was ready. I went to the pickup spot, expe Appointment went well, except at the end. Was waiting in the dealership, and got the call that my vehicle was ready. I went to the pickup spot, expecting to see my car either there, or arriving shortly. However, after 10 minutes, still no car. I went and asked my Svc Rep (don't recall his name) what was the delay--he said it's probably in the carwash, and apologized for the delay. But another 15 minutes went by and several other cars came out ahead of mine -- and these owners were "notified" 15-20 minutes after me. Finally, my car showed up....but I should not have been notified that it was "ready", when it wasn't. More
