Regular Service Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. However, I had made an appt. for Tues. 10:00 am and was told on the phone my service would take 1 hour Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. However, I had made an appt. for Tues. 10:00 am and was told on the phone my service would take 1 hour & 15 minutes. When I arrived for my "Scheduled" appt. I was told they were backed up...keep in mind this is only 10am, and that my service would now take 3 hours. I had to reschedule, why bother making an appt. I did not have that kind of time to wait, & they told me all loaner vehicles were taken!!!!! I rescheduled for another day, showed up at 7:00am and already to many show-ups with no appts. My service took an hour and 1/2 so not to complain, but when time is taken to make an appt. and your day is scheduled around that it would be nice if the dealership would accommodate the situation. Or at least inform that an appt. with them is irrelevant!!! More
