Bought a new car with no hassle I was shown a couple of 2016 models and then a couple of 2015 models. With the price break on the 2015 models, I knew that was the car for us. I worked with two people, Alex Bernitsky who showed me the cars first and then the next day with Stephen Benavedias ,who really showed me the model I was interested in. He went with me on a test drive to my house where my wife also got to drive the car. He knew the car backwards and forwards and could explain everything very well. He was a nice man and easy to deal with and sure helped us make our decision. He is a low key, knowledgeable salesman. I really don't care for the "closer" you always send in after the salesman is finished. We had one the first day after Bernitsky was finished with us. The "what would it a take for you to drive this car home today?"" approach is demeaning and a typical car sales tactic that I don't care for. I will know when and what I am ready to buy and I don't need any pushing More
