Service department has been disappointing recently. I took my Tacoma in last year and they didnt put all the bolts back after they did work under the hood. This last time they said a lug nut was miss I took my Tacoma in last year and they didnt put all the bolts back after they did work under the hood. This last time they said a lug nut was missing so I said yes replace it. I was charged $250 for labor for a $6 lug nut! Then the tires were not properly balanced. I took it back and they said it was fine but it wasnt. I had to take my car to discount tire where they properly balanced my tires. After that it was fine. More

Appointments mean nothing. It took 3 hours for a regular oil change & tire rotation. The Service Rep was no help. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and prior to the l It took 3 hours for a regular oil change & tire rotation. The Service Rep was no help. Be specific when making an appointment online. You can put multiple services which I didn’t find out till I checked in. Appointment gets assigned to Advisors according to type of service - Express You can put multiple services which I didn’t find out till I checked in. Appointment gets assigned to Advisors according to type of service - Express and Other. Needless to say I was only able to accomplish the Express Service and have to schedule a different appointment for them to check the rest. Waste of my time for sure More
