I think it provides the service expected from a dealership. Staff is courteous, but not always accessable. There are automated options to obtain information and schedule service. These automated options are not always operating at 100 percent and could be more user friendly. All in all I would say they are above average, but not exceptional. Definitely, the service waiting area needs a couple selfservice Expresso/latte machines to stand out above a pot'o coffee with some powdered creamer. More
I’ve been going to this dealership since 2008 and have never had any issues or complaints until now. I just took my car in for an oil change and for the first time I didn’t have a pleasant experience. Fro never had any issues or complaints until now. I just took my car in for an oil change and for the first time I didn’t have a pleasant experience. From scheduling the appointment, to dropping it off, waiting, and finishing up, the whole experience was frustrating and unusual. It just felt off and not as inviting. I shared my experience with someone there and was informed that they have new management. The two gentleman that I normally dealt with were no longer there, which is extremely disappointing. I was not impressed with the person they scheduled me with. I might start taking my vehicle to the other Toyota service center from now on. More
