My vehicle was scheduled for routine maintenance at 30000 miles. This included an oil change and tire rotation as well as multipoint inspection. It makes me question if the oil change and tire rotation services were even performed since the simpler jobs of washing the car and removing the service ticket number did not occur. My service rep was excellent on the other hand. Do better with the actual vehicle service, LHM Toyota. Seems like a pretty lazy job this time. More
