SERVICE VISIT

Service has gone down last few visits. I was taking 4 of my Toyota vehicles for their normal routine maintenance and after yesterdays visit, will be looking for another mechanic shop. From lack of competence, to lack of follow through, and all service advisers just sitting around not offering me any help as they seen me standing around several minutes, really just pushed me over the edge. Customer mixup was another issue yesterday to hearing an advisor arguing with a customer over the phone. It is a Mess and has certainly gone down hill. More
