First jump out of the box, they sold the vehicle I had come in for the night before. Neglecting to tell the sales person. Then to make me feel better they leased me a new Tacoma at a higher payment than w come in for the night before. Neglecting to tell the sales person. Then to make me feel better they leased me a new Tacoma at a higher payment than what I was planning for. Then over a week later I get a call asking me to come into the dealership. I go and spend the next two hours sitting in the finance office to be told that THEY made a mistake when looking at my credit. They had the paperwork done for someone with tier one credit. But I don’t have that, so now I have to pay more a month. No apology, not one of the sales people I dealt with, and two more hours of my life wasted sitting in the dealership after a long day at work. And the whole time I was being treated as if i should be happy that I’m even getting a Tacoma, so take what we give you sort of thing felt like it was happening. I am glad that I can take my lease and get service at other dealerships. I would rather drive to Santa Fe if need be than to go back to that dealership ever again. More
Very professional staff, but I would like a phone notification in addition to a text when further attention is needed to my repair order. Service has gone down last few visits. I was taking 4 of my Toyota vehicles for their normal routine maintenance and after yesterdays visit, will be looking for another mechanic shop. From lack of competence, to lack of follow through, and all service advisers just sitting around not offering me any help as they seen me standing around several minutes, really just pushed me over the edge. Customer mixup was another issue yesterday to hearing an advisor arguing with a customer over the phone. It is a Mess and has certainly gone down hill. More
