I have two autos, and this Dealership does not allow me to use the oil change package sold to me for my cars without having to interface with a company that won’t return my calls. Basically I experienced dishonesty on several occasions while waiting for my car to arrive. It took 10 months. With only 1200 miles I had a slow leak in a tire. Took it to Toyota thinking it might be a f while waiting for my car to arrive. It took 10 months. With only 1200 miles I had a slow leak in a tire. Took it to Toyota thinking it might be a faulty tire but the service department said they weren’t sure how it was damaged but it was irreparable. Wanted to replace it and add on extras. I declined and took it to Discount Tire this morning where they fixed it free. More
