Assistant service Mgr, Mariah Lucero, took very good care of processing the servicing of our Highlander. Made my visit to the service center a breeze. I only have one negative rating of my experience, upon a of processing the servicing of our Highlander. Made my visit to the service center a breeze. I only have one negative rating of my experience, upon arrival to the center, I stopped at the service line area and waited for a service attendant to come up to me, I waited and waited and waited, 10 minutes later I had to walk up to a booth where there were 3 attendants working. I asked for help and was told I had to wait for a valet to help me. My car was the only one left in the waiting line , yet there were 2-3 valets standing to the side, chit-chatting. After a 20 minute wait, I went inside to ask for help, that’s when I finally got a manager to send me a valet. The drive up waiting area needs improvement desperately!! More
They are not worth my time on this review they are unprofessional and rude and of course lazy. They couldn’t even file a warranty claim with my issue. Me and my husband had a great experience with buying our new family vehicle. We handled most of the stuff with the rep ahead of time either by text or phone calls. The rep was responsive and on top of every new family vehicle. We handled most of the stuff with the rep ahead of time either by text or phone calls. The rep was responsive and on top of everything. When we got to the dealership we spent 1.5 hours doing the signing and other papasrwork, which in my opinion is a reasonable amount of time. While at the location the reps made us feel comfortable and even entertained our very energetic little ones. Overall our experience was GREAT! professional, timely and friendly. I would recommend this place to any of my family members or friends! We are excited with our new vehicle. More
