Did not like my experience here. They kept my car nearly twice as long as they quoted me and didn't even fix all the issues with it, while still being exorbitantly expensive. My rep They kept my car nearly twice as long as they quoted me and didn't even fix all the issues with it, while still being exorbitantly expensive. My rep (who I won't name cause I'm not trying to impact someone's livelihood) lied to me about getting me a loaner car multiple times (as well as others I spoke to before going in) and generally gave the absolute bare minimum with an attitude that screamed they didn't really care beyond a basic customer service facade. Which. Hey. It's work. I can understand that, but it doesn't make the experience less crap. The mechanics do seem to have done a nice job on the actual work that DID manage to get done, which were my critical issues thankfully. Will definitely be going somewhere else to finish the work though. More
