Checkout was terrible. Made me find my car in the lot. Wasn’t where they sent me. Then I had to wait some more for them to find it. Usually the car is brought to me . I have gone to this dealership for all my services for my truck since I bought it there 2 years ago. I have never had any issues and felt like they always did great until this most recent visit. They gave truck since I bought it there 2 years ago. I have never had any issues and felt like they always did great until this most recent visit. They gave me my truck back with the cover for my oil filter missing several of the screws and when I noticed and asked, the representative told me that they had stripped the screws during the service. I asked if I could have them put some new screws back in (my skid plate is a factory TRD pro skid, so I assumed they had extra screws) and all she said was "oh I think they ordered some already we will call you when they get here". I asked if I could have some sort of order number or proof that they will replace them and she refused. I understand these screws are cheap but I didn't appreciate that they gave me my truck back hoping I wouldn't notice missing pieces and I didn't appreciate the representative just trying to push me out the door. I truly don't believe they are actually going to replace the screws they stripped and I will just be doing my own maintenance from now on. More
