Waited for an hour for scheduled brake work only to learn they hadn't ordered the parts, then waited another half hour for them to bring my car around, and then only because I spoke to another customer servi they hadn't ordered the parts, then waited another half hour for them to bring my car around, and then only because I spoke to another customer service rep in frustration. Since the sale of this dealership a few years ago our visits have been like this--2 and 1/2 hr waits our longer for oil changes, attempts to upsell, and for people with chemical sensitivities their waiting area seems to have scented candles or something perfumed. Definitely sketchier than it used to be. Buyer beware. More

Not 100% happy with the service that was provided. I went for an oil change and multi point inspection. They did not tell me where my vehicle was place so I spent some time searching in the parking lo I went for an oil change and multi point inspection. They did not tell me where my vehicle was place so I spent some time searching in the parking lot and setting off the alarm. Once I finally found my car, I got in to find out that the service tech left things out of my glove box and put them on my dash. They checked my tire pressure and did not replace my valve stem caps on the drivers side of the vehicle. I took my vehicle to a dealership in hopes that these issues would not arise. Not sure if I’ll be going back to this Toyota dealership. More

Absolutely the worst service department. No communication. No common sense or knowledge when it comes to their vehicles.
