I purchased a new 2024 Camry with the help of Robert Messenger and he was awesome and explained everything in through detail and showed me how to use my car features. Mr Romero took extra time for the things that mattered, and moved things along for the things that could be moved along. When my husband's driver's license came up as recently expired (oh no!) Mr Romero smoothly popped into the MVD site and along with my husband got a temp license processed with low to no drama. He knows everything but doesn't act like it, is just an excellent person to work with! More

Kyle Yazzie was my representative and I had a terrible experience with my service. This the first service on my new 2023 4Runner (5k mile service). I pulled into the service bay next to a desk with a ma experience with my service. This the first service on my new 2023 4Runner (5k mile service). I pulled into the service bay next to a desk with a man sitting in it who was on social media on his phone. He looked up and then back to his phone, not even acknowledging that I was there in my vehicle right next to his desk. Another man walked up a few minutes after sitting there with no response from anyone else and he said my service person would be Kyle. Surprise - he was sitting right there. He glanced up again at the sound of his name and went back to social media without even a hello. I let the other man know that I needed to be sure to have the Windshield fluid reservoir filled up as it was empty. I paid for an uber to get home while they worked on my car. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they paged Kyle. I waited by his desk for over 15 minutes before another man asked if I (and another lady by this point) had been helped. We said we were waiting on Kyle. He gave me my keys and paperwork. I asked if my fluid levels had been checked and the wiper fluid replenished. He assured me that yes, that had been done, along with an oil change and tire rotation and told me to go find my car in the parking lot (usually they bring it to the bay). It had bee washed, but it looked like only the sides were clean, as the front and back had bugs and dirt still. It was not until i hit a bird on the freeway the next day that i discovered my wiper fluid WAS STILL EMPTY. I had to pull over on the side of the freeway and clean the windshield the best i could using a sweater until I could reach a gas station to clean it and purchase wiper fluid. I then decided to look at the tire pressure. Prior to my service, the left rear tire was about 5 PSI lower than the other 3 tires. IT STILL WAS - the tires had not been rotated either! Did I even receive an oil change??? I left 3 messages for a service manager to return my call, and have heard nothing from the dealership. I would really like to know what service was actually done and be reimbursed for the uber and the washer fluid that I had to purchase. More
