Ramon was our sales person. He was patient and kind and never high pressure. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and it was a pleasant experience. He was patient and kind and never high pressure. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and it was a pleasant experience. More
Walked in for our scheduled appointment today but the sales person said he was busy with another customer and that his colleague will take care of us. After waiting for 20 mins, spoke to receptionist aga sales person said he was busy with another customer and that his colleague will take care of us. After waiting for 20 mins, spoke to receptionist again who found the sales person for us. This person was not interested at all in selling a vehicle, he said there were no RAV 4 available and there is no way to get on the list as well. After insisting he showed us two options none of which we liked. He was so negative about selling a RAV4 to us that I feel like never going back to Larry Miller Toyota again. We even wanted to sell our car to this dealership but don't want to do business with them anymore After this experience. More

I recently traded my Tacoma for a new 4Runner. The sales specialist I worked with was Alex Romero. He was great to work with and I highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy a new vehicle at this dealership. He was professional and didn't try to pressure me in any way in order to make a sale. He was honest and straight forward as well as being knowledgable about the brand. He went the extra mile in every aspect in order to make the car buying process go smooth and as quickly as possible. The dealership didn't charge any markups on the 4Runner and they also gave me a fair deal on my trade. Alex also made good on his promise to get me a cargo liner that was supposed to be in the new 4Runner but wasn't for whatever reason. I was the last customer at the dealership and the parts department had already closed. I went back the following day and Alex immediately took care of it for me. My over all experience was excellent and I was surprised at how quickly I was in and out with my new vehicle. I didn't leave feeling taken advantage of or like I had been dealing with "shady" people which is an extremely big deal to me. I'm a loyal customer when treated right, great job Alex and good job to the dealership. Ask for Alex Romero when shopping for a new car at this dealership and thanks again for the good car buying experience! More

I went to buy a new car from this Larry H Miller, Albuquerque dealership and also my old car was there for repair and was looking for trade in option if they provided a fair value. I was working with Albuquerque dealership and also my old car was there for repair and was looking for trade in option if they provided a fair value. I was working with a sales associate to see options and I was asking for very very basic information about the car and financing process with the salesperson and he was very aggressive, and skeptical and was not providing me any information. I just wanted to run away from there . Seeing good reviews, I wanted to buy from them however, my experience with the sales person who is the 1st point of contact was such a worse experience. I was treated so badly. I am not an expert in cars but I need a car and I can afford a car. However they treated me like I am there to get a car for free. What a horrific experience I had. Even though I have to pay more for a car I am going to get it from another dealership. Thumbs down to the customer service for such a large dealership. Booo. No one should be treated like I was treated. Have some humanly kindness and patience. More

Roger Casados is a seasoned sales professional. We bought two vehicles from him in 2015 and just traded one in for another new one. The entire sales process went off without a hitch, as usual. If you chose to wait there it is such a comfortable facility to hang out in. More
I have been taking my truck to be serviced (oil changes) at this dealership since I purchased it new in 2019. Kyle Yazzie was the worst service advisor I've ever dealt with. My truck had been ready for 45 m at this dealership since I purchased it new in 2019. Kyle Yazzie was the worst service advisor I've ever dealt with. My truck had been ready for 45 minutes until I finally approached him and asked when it was going to be done. His response to me was "who was your advisor"? After telling him that he was my service advisor (who I spoke to directly when I dropped my truck off), I asked why he hadn't called me when it was done. He said he did and talked to my foreman. I have no idea who he spoke to or what conversation he had with some random person but it was not me! I asked him to check the number he called and he said "I called that number" and pointed to my invoice in front of him. I asked him to check his phone because the number on the invoice was correct and clearly he wasn't talking to me. After he checked he realized he had dialed incorrectly and said to me " oh my bad theres a lot of cars", he then pushed my invoice to me with a pen and said "sign at the bottom..it's out in the parking lot" and pointed toward the side of the building. He didn't provide any further explanation as to what was said between him and this stranger that he spoke to on the phone that gave him the impression that he was speaking to me? He didn't go over the invoice with me or provide the print out verifying that the muti-point inspection for my 25,000 mile service was completed, even though I specifically talked to him about the inspection when I dropped the truck off. That print out has been provided with every other service I have had done at the dealership with other advisors, with out me ever having to even ask for it. I have no idea what the wear level is on certain things or if there is anything I might want to have serviced or replaced on my next visit? When I asked him after signing my invoice he simply replied "oh yeah, it's all fine". He clearly had no clue about anything from the moment I approached him asking when my truck was going to be done. I have absolutely zero confidence in any work that may or may not have been done to my vehicle. When I left and went to find my truck in the parking lot the outside of the vehicle looked terrible! I had requested that it be washed. Half of the hood was still dirty, the sides were streaked with dirt and the entire tail gate hadn't even gotten wet! At that point I was extremely upset and went back inside and asked him to come look at the truck. He walked around it like nothing was wrong with it and when I pointed out the tail gate he said " well you can see where the brushes got right here by the tail lights". It wasn't a question of whether or not the truck was driven through the car wash, it was that the truck looked worse than when I brought it in after obviously being driven through the carwash!! He then said to me "well I can drive it through again if you want"? If I want? What did he think I was pointing it out for, like that was an acceptable way to return a customers vehicle? After he drove it back through the carwash you could still see dried dirt on it. At that point it was already pushing past the three hour mark from when I had dropped it off and I just wanted to go home. When he got out of my truck he just walked off and told me "sorry bout that" as he was walking away. Needless to say Kyle Yazzie needs to not only be retrained on what his actual job description is but also on the importance of customer service! He may also need to be trained on how to properly use a telephone. I take pride in my vehicles and take them to the dealerships to be serviced for a reason. I want my vehicle to be serviced by competent individuals. The subpar service I received today was on the level of a random low level drive thru service station, which is where Mr. Yazzie would be better suited as an employee! Larry H. Miller American being a certified Toyota service center should have higher expectations, I do as a customer. More
