Previous general manager here was caught cooking the books as several employees have told me. Went there to look at a new Tundra. Salesmen are very pushy and not well informed. They also lie about ev books as several employees have told me. Went there to look at a new Tundra. Salesmen are very pushy and not well informed. They also lie about everything to try to make a sale. I needed something with a bit more towing capacity. Salesman tried to tell me I could exceed the rated towing capacity just fine, other companies rate their tow capacities differently for boats vs. trailers etc. None of that is true. They also jerk you around on the price and options. The salesman didn't even know the towing specs, he had no idea what a tongue weight was. I wasn't really in the market for a new truck quite yet so I'll be staying away from shopping there. More
