I wasted over two hours waiting for my car only to be told that the part was not available, although I had been assured by parts dept the day before that it was; thus I scheduled the appointment. Waited but no update until I approached the advisor and asked for status. If she knew it was not available, why did I have to wait and why was I not informed instead of having to ask. More
