I wasted over two hours waiting for my car only to be told that the part was not available, although I had been assured by parts dept the day before that it was; thus I scheduled the appointment. Needed to have a new tire installed. The service at the dealership was fine, but I originally made the appointment online for 9:00 am. The day before the appointment, I get an email sayi The service at the dealership was fine, but I originally made the appointment online for 9:00 am. The day before the appointment, I get an email saying my appointment was for 10:45. No one knew who changed the appointment or why. No one ever called me to ask whether that was OK. The final receipt mentioned that the customer would be there by 9:00. Does anyone really know what is going on with their scheduling? More
