By far the worst services experience I’ve ever had, scheduled a service for their first time slot in the morning at 7 am hoping I would not be there all day. The service was for a simple oil change and scheduled a service for their first time slot in the morning at 7 am hoping I would not be there all day. The service was for a simple oil change and also to fix a buzzing sound in the door. 3 and a half hours later they did not fix the buzzing sound instead said the whole door panel needed to be replaced when it was obviously a tiny piece of trim. The is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this dealership, the sales staff was beyond condescending when I first purchased my truck and their service staff is incompetent to say the least, so this will be the last time they ever receive my business. If you are going to get your vehicle serviced here make sure not to schedule your appointment with Morgen Wade she is clueless and like a deer in the headlights when posed with any sort of question. While getting an oil change at Larry H Miller American Toyota Albuquerque we decided to look at a new RAV4 Hybrid. List price $42,000 for LX model (unfortunately we found this out later). Dealership had Toyota Albuquerque we decided to look at a new RAV4 Hybrid. List price $42,000 for LX model (unfortunately we found this out later). Dealership had a new model returned with 50 miles on it. The salesman (Leo Aguirre and Matias Cordova (? spelling) wanted us to pay $60,000 for the car initially. They would not show us the car's window sticker and gave us a useless printout of what the car included without price breakdown. Due to our lack of preparation, we overpaid. Tried to contact the dealership’s Customer Relations Manager (Michelle Ortiz) and the General Manager (Hud Romero). NO RESPONSE. This is the third car we purchased from this dealership, and we are happy with the RAV4 Hybrid, unfortunately not with the salesmen and their approach. Leo emphasized to us that this dealership always sold at the Manufacture Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), regrettably not this time More

Another associate pulled us aside, found our info, got our keys and paperwork and got us out quickly. Unfortunately didn’t get that man’s name but it made the all the difference to us.
