Richard was unavailable when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, so Isaac jumped in and quickly got me on my way. This dealership is as good if not better than other Toyota service departments I have used in other states. More

Took my Prius in for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early to check the vehicle in and waited over 2 and a half hours for them to complete my service. Thi a scheduled appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early to check the vehicle in and waited over 2 and a half hours for them to complete my service. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this dealership. When I asked why the service took so long WITH an appointment, I was told by the service tech that they are overbooking appointments which was causing extreme wait times. This is unheard of. If you want to keep customers coming back, this needs to be addressed. I don’t want to spend an entire morning waiting on my car. If that’s the case, let customers know in advance so they can just drop off their vehicles or so they can take their vehicles somewhere else to get better customer service. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. I am not recommending their service department to anyone! More
