I was disappointed that the Vehicle Delivery Checklist was NOT gone over in detail with me as it should have been I basically had to find out everything about the car myself. They had a vehicle posted online with the buy online process available. I went through the whole process with delivery and everything. Next day they call me and say they can’t sell the vehicle for that process available. I went through the whole process with delivery and everything. Next day they call me and say they can’t sell the vehicle for that price and can’t deliver it out of state. Why have a delivery option where you can enter your address if you can’t deliver it. Why have the buy it online option if you can’t sell it for what it’s online for. Bad business, bad communication and most importantly bad customer service especially during these times More
I had my upholstery unravelling so I took in the RAV4 to see what they could do for me. I met with service manager Tim Scully and he told me it look like it had been cut. I told him no one has been in the b see what they could do for me. I met with service manager Tim Scully and he told me it look like it had been cut. I told him no one has been in the back except a few groceries and a dog on a blanket. He told me he had someone who could fix it and would give me a call. I never got a call. I set another appt and this time spoke to another service manager and I was basically told it was my fault, it would them money to replace, and that I was on my own. If I had had a clear detailed lise, I may have made a different decision. Finally, someone has to teach the detailers how to clean windows! The car came to me with a film on the widows that "glows" in the early morning when the sun is low. It is like the windows were dried with a dirty rag. More
