Purchasing a car from this dealership was difficult and upsetting every step of the way. i was lied to repeatedly about the process and the car I was purchasing itself. They even taped my registration paperwork to the back of my car along with the temporary tags. Absolutely do not recommend coming here. More

It was a long day and we didn't see the finance manger until 8:30pm. We were awake enough to realize that the finance manger was offering extended service warranty contracts that we signed up for. Mel is a diaster to work with. Held 1 of my vehicles hostage for 10 weeks as Mel made one excuse after another and only started the work on week 8 in an attempt to push me and my family to purchase an $55,000 vehicle that we didn't want. Horrible treatment by Hud Romero (GM), Timothy Scully (Service Director) and Melvin Rosas (Service Advisor). Mel Rosas left both of my vehicle is a mess and my 2013 Corolla is not even street legal after (Service Director) and Melvin Rosas (Service Advisor). Mel Rosas left both of my vehicle is a mess and my 2013 Corolla is not even street legal after he started work but never completed the work. In response to filing a complaint Hud, Tim and Melvin retaliated. Mel bribes people into giving him good surveys as well as pressuring them into giving him good ones including in the bathroom. Held my vehicle for 10 weeks and it was not touched until week 8 by Mel Rosas as all he did was give one excuse after another. This dealership needs to have all new management and Mel Rosas needs to be fired. The only good one in Service is Luis Alverez. He is the best and the only one who doesn't bow down to Hud Romero the supreme ruler of this place. More

Valet was fine. My rep never checked me in to ask any questions I had. Another rep asked if I needed help and the redirected me to my rep. Left screws that attach front bumper cover to skid plate had to make two additional trips because of negligence, communication from the service writer was poor.
