At the time I made my appointment as well as when I checked in for an oil change I specifically stated I did not want my tires rotated. Unfortunately after we left the dealership we saw a charge for ro checked in for an oil change I specifically stated I did not want my tires rotated. Unfortunately after we left the dealership we saw a charge for rotating the tires. This is the 2nd time this has happened. A message was left for the service manager but I have received no reply. Apparently this dealership doesn't care about customer satisfaction. More
I had an oil change and there was a recall for a fuel pump. That was done on Friday it is mow Sunday and my car, garage and entire house smells like gasoline. Scheduled appointment to replace battery.
