I purchased a TCA plan and took my car in on 2/24/21. I was given a ride home while the work was being done and I appreciate that very much. I received an e-mail that my car needed some work and I approve was given a ride home while the work was being done and I appreciate that very much. I received an e-mail that my car needed some work and I approved a brake fluid replacement. However, I later realized I had that done at another shop in 9/20 so gave Luis Alvarez a call letting him know. This was after the work had been performed and paid for. Luis said he would give me a credit for the amount paid for the brake fluid replacement. I appreciate that Luis was available by phone and gave me a credit without complaining about it. I also appreciate that they washed my car! I would wonder about the test you use to determine the need for brake fluid replacement. Why did it show I needed it again? I am very careful to have all recommended maintenance done but can not always afford to have it done at the dealer. More

Nothing was resolved and I was charged $160 for 15 mins after speaking with a Toyota master tech about my Tacoma . Very disappointed with this dealership.
