My car was brought in for two reasons. Rotate the tires and set the monitor. I was there for three hours. Not one service person talked to me. The tires were rotated but the monitor was not set. I have been a loyal toyota Customer for 5 years now and always got my service done at the dealership. Recently the service department has been horrible to say the least. Even before they started this new a always got my service done at the dealership. Recently the service department has been horrible to say the least. Even before they started this new app style service it was hard just to get ahold of anyone to set up appointments. The app fixed that issue but now it's impossible to get ahold of your service advisor or even a supervisor if you have any issues. When you call they transfer you to your advisor that never answers and you never receive a call back. I love toyota vehicles but they really need to get it together with their service department especially here at American Toyota. I will take my service needs elsewhere unfortunately and hope people have a better experience than what I have. More
In the past we received service within a couple of hours for an oil change on our 2015 Highlander. However, for our last two services we have dropped our car off around 9:30 and have not been able to pick u for an oil change on our 2015 Highlander. I picked up my truck on nov 30th an got no paper work or any walk threw of anything. Was just handed keys..Had no clue who i was Financed threw. Just was told it was a credit union... had to call 6 different banks until 1 had my info... an come to find out even tho i did not get my truck until nov 30th my payment is due on dec 15.. after calling an texting for over a week to just get my contract emailed to me. Stuff i had signed was different. This is the worst Experience i have ever had. An will never buy anything from your dealership again an will be leaving this review to hopefully warn others of how awful you treat your customers More
