The service department seems to be steadily declining. The last several times they have made a mistake on my truck each time. This time no mistake, but 3 hours for an oil change! Used to take an hour if y The last several times they have made a mistake on my truck each time. This time no mistake, but 3 hours for an oil change! Used to take an hour if you had an appointment, more recently 1.5 to 2 hours. This time 3 hours, no explanation, no apology. At 2.5 hours they were "topping fluids and airing the tires". Going to start checking other options I think. More

I purchased a Toyota 4Runner on October 10th and picked it up on October 20th. The finance manager, Kevin Ortiz told me he would get the contract to me when I picked it up. The salesman Ryan Vigil, was friendly and easy to deal with. I felt no pressure whatsoever . He texted me every few days to let me know the car was on its way. I would highly recommend Ryan Vigil in sales. More
