I purchased a Toyota 4Runner on October 10th and picked it up on October 20th. The finance manager, Kevin Ortiz told me he would get the contract to me when I picked it up. The salesman Ryan Vigil, was friendly and easy to deal with. I felt no pressure whatsoever . He texted me every few days to let me know the car was on its way. As soon as I got my truck in they got right to work on it. While I thought I knew what was wrong with it they went ahead and checked several things to make sure we agreed on what the problem was. Because it was a big job they gave me a discount on the labor and the battery we didn’t anticipate having to buy and we ended up paying less than we Thought we would have to going in.
