I had a nail in my tire, they didn’t call prior to replacement to give me an option, they took it upon th customer. Jordan in service needs training. Jordan said, “they could put my tire w/nail back on.” I couldn’t believe she said this This is absurd, you do not tell a customer who purchased $30,000 auto. I expressed my concern to Chris Torres Service Dept. and offered to pay half of the cost of replacement $225, he apologized and honored replacement as good will of service. Jordan is customer service oriented, she can be an asset to your team, she simply needs training. More

Very happy with the service, efficiency, waiting rooms and wifi. The only problem is that when I got home a hubcap was missing. I left a message with the service advisor with no return call. I reached him personally the second time and he said he would look into it. I have now called 2 more times and had to leave a message but no return call. I would like my hubcap back please. More

Everyone is always super nice - but my last two oil changes have resulted in my steering fluid cap not being replaced - found after I got home . Overall, not pleased. Took 3 days over time, and door lock problem not resolved. They did not provide a good explanation of the troubleshooting nor the potential components that were involved. We never spoke to the actual mechanic who did the work. We always spoke with the service advisor, who in one case told me he was ordering a new master key, "it will be here on Tuesday", and then when we picked up the car on the final visit, he told us that he did not order a new master key. When I went to the car on the 2nd visit, the driver-side door lock would not lock with the key. On the 3rd day of service, the door still would not lock. We took the car in frustration. The problem with the doors unlocking could not be repeated, we understand the spurious nature of that problem; but the fact that the driver side door would no lock with the key should have been solved. More
