Always had a great experience, overall I’m a happy customer. Jordan in service needs training. I had a nail in my tire, they didn’t call prior to replacement to give me an option, they took it upon th customer. Jordan in service needs training. Jordan said, “they could put my tire w/nail back on.” I couldn’t believe she said this This is absurd, you do not tell a customer who purchased $30,000 auto. I expressed my concern to Chris Torres Service Dept. and offered to pay half of the cost of replacement $225, he apologized and honored replacement as good will of service. Jordan is customer service oriented, she can be an asset to your team, she simply needs training. More
