At my first service, my brand new 4Runner Limited was returned with scratches, which the dealer refused to accept as their fault. This time, the online scheduling was not working correctly. I called to check and I had to reschedule my appointment, which was done by a very kind young lady who assured me all was taken care of. When I arrived, they could not find my information, the person I was scheduled with was not in, and it took sticking to my guns to ensure I was provided the service that had been confirmed for that day, both verbally and via an email confirmation. The final paperwork does not reflect a tire rotation, which is part of this regular service, and I did not realize this until I returned home. The mileage shows the same in and out, but that cannot be true because the Service Advisor told me they drove the vehicle to try and determine what was rattling (sounded like a loose running board). While the service writer that handled my work was kind and professional, this is the 2nd unsatisfactory experience I've had at this dealership. The dealership on Eubank is twice as far for me to drive as the Alameda store, but I have been so disappointed with Alameda, I will likely take it to the other location next time. More
