Service I always rate service department 5 stars but unfortunately not this time. Terribly disappointed in the wait time was told you were understaffed. 4-5 h I always rate service department 5 stars but unfortunately not this time. Terribly disappointed in the wait time was told you were understaffed. 4-5 hours was a bit long with no shuttle which is understandable during COVID 19 was offered an UBER which I'm not comfortable with during these times. Hopefully soon daily life will return to some normalcy. As usual Toyota service is professional, friendly, informative and clean. More
When I called to make appointment for an oil change and recall I was told the parts needed to be ordered and someone would call me back to schedule. Never received a phone call, so when I called I was told recall I was told the parts needed to be ordered and someone would call me back to schedule. Never received a phone call, so when I called I was told my maintenance contract had expired. I told the person that I was told since I had a recall my final oil change would be covered past the expiration date. She said no, then when I asked to speak to a manager she said “ok it’s covered”. She did not specify that the vehicle would take the majority of the day either. Recall letter did not specify to bring vehicle with little gas and I was not told when making appointment or asked at drop off. The service department should be responsible for informing customers that a full tank of gas is not desirable for this particular recall or at least ask to reschedule upon determining the vehicle is full. My vehicle smelled like gas for 3 days. I couldn’t drive it. Lack of communication is abundant at this dealership so I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future. The service employee Mel Rosas was very friendly and apologized for the extended wait. More

Horrible experience after 9 years of good:downhill service Took car in for 9 appointment for regular maintenance and rattle while idling. 5 hours later no text or phone call or communication. I called and asked for my advisor but couldn't be located. Did not get car back until next day. Told noise was caused by old oil and quit after oil change. Many excuses about short handed and new computer system. Need to plan for it!! Have loved my Venza and was hoping for a new one. Hated this service experience so am now looking for a new Nissan. More
