Made appointment for oil change service on my tundra ,dropped off vehicle at 07:15 and waited over 4 hours for my vehicle. This was my first time buying a vehicle and they took advantage of my inexperience. I tried to read my contract thoroughly, but they literally lied about numbers and questions that I had just to get me t advantage of my inexperience.
