I felt awkward after I exited my truck in the garage area. Nobody initiated anything with me after I filled out the clipboard document. I didn't know what to do. Normally at other dealerships I've been to, I speak directly with a service advisor. I had to ask some random employee about what is next after I walked in through the glass door. I got the feeling that I was interrupting him and felt like a burden. I wanted to speak with a service advisor about something specific with my truck. Then, when I picked up my truck, someone pulled it in to the garage and just left it there while I was in the waiting area. I eventually saw it there, but I wasn't told I could just hop in and drive away. An unpleasant and impersonal experience overall. More
