Damiano was there worse rep. I've had. He was very unprofessional. I mentioned about an exhaust leak when I dropped the vehicle off at which point when I came back he said there was no problem as I s unprofessional. I mentioned about an exhaust leak when I dropped the vehicle off at which point when I came back he said there was no problem as I started the truck it began instantly. So the mechanic came out saw the issue said no problem we will get it fixed. So he said to talk to damiono to get it scheduled so we go over to his desk he proceeded to ignore me as I'm standing right in front of him. He help 7 other customers doesnt even acknowledge me. At this point two other service reps ask me if I need help I continue to wait for damiono to finish with the 7 customer he then goes and grabs another customer at this point I'm furious so I walk over to Mr. Medina he helps me right away took to minutes to setup another appointment when the part comes in this is the second bad experience at this dealership (the other with crist). I want to say Andrew Medina was very helpful every time he handles my truck everything goes well. More
