Do you know what's impossible to get back once you lost it??? TRUST!!! It is impossible to get trust back. I love my new car, Mr Lopez was my salesman and he's the best. He treated me very fair, very respectfully. The problem with your dealership is the service dept. I was given an insincere apology and that is worse than none at all. But I do love my new car, Melloy Chevrolet in Los Lunas fixed it in a day. And they also treated me well. The service manager at LHM told me they couldn't give me a ride home because it cost *38 and they only pay up to *25, said his hands were tied didn't look at my car but said they'd keep it 3-5 days, no loaner, so my question is since I spent $23500 on a new vehicle you guys couldn't even come up with $13 extra dollars to get me home??? Anyway Melloy fixed my car in ONE day, said I'd get a loaner if it took longer. Very poor customer service and a fake apology from LHM.

Sorry his name was Vincent. My mistake. He was ok but the sales manager at that time was the person that was so rude. He even said we couldn't get out of Albuquerque with a vehicle for MSRP and we did he said I bet you $500. We bought for cash a GMC Sierra from another dealership and they were very professional. You should make sure your managers have a class on how to deal with customers. I would never recommend your dealership to anyone.
