I have purchased at Marks Casa chev before and never had any troubles. This time we ran into some difficulties getting the vehicle I wanted. Bought the vehicle, and Waited 4 weeks for the Parts, And service to Repair a few Items including a $2800.00 that I had ordered. Rediculous.**(revisited) So two weeks later they got my part in , Snapped the service to Repair a few Items including a $2800.00 that I had ordered. Rediculous.**(revisited) So two weeks later they got my part in , Snapped the Soft top front bracket in 1/2, left the Rollcage liner Detached, and Left Glue in the windshield (after it was replaced) the inside of the Jeep was left with a pile of cardboard scrapps (oddly shreaded) It was re-fuled to full (only decent thing to happen since i bought it). Im not even going to bother to re-Call the manager again... its obvious they do not Provide support they actually care about.. its all 1/2 done if at all. This was there chance for a decent review and they yet again FAILED. More
