Many attempts have been made to define customer service. But as I see it, most definitions take the organization as the central focus point. Also, customer Service is a function of how well an organization is able to constantly and consistently exceed the needs of the customer, I can honestly say that Casa Chevrolet literally realizes this and goes above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the customer. As a US Navy veteran I place a high value on integrity, trust, commitment and expediency and this dealership was able to meet my standards. More

I contacted multiple dealers when searching for a new vehicle. All dealers made the first cursory phone or email contact. Tony Ngo at Mark's Casa Chevrolet stayed in daily contact... always discerning vehicle. All dealers made the first cursory phone or email contact. Tony Ngo at Mark's Casa Chevrolet stayed in daily contact... always discerning and addressing my desires in obtaining just the right vehicle. Tony had me pre-approved by the time we met. During the negotiating process, the used car manager appraised my trade-in lower than I thought fair. Tony's manager, Anthony, intervened and obtained a more reasonable amount for my trade-in. All of my requests were answered professionally and cheerfully. Overall, this purchase was a very good experience. More

My husband& I were looking for a new vehicle for awhile and we just happened to drive by the dealership and saw the new Chevy Cruze's. Mr. Ngo came out, greeted us, was very friendly . . . On our recent trip (09/11) from North Carolina our Corvette came down with a minor problem while we were passing through Albuquerque. Acting on a tip we arrived at Casa Chevrolet's service department Corvette came down with a minor problem while we were passing through Albuquerque. Acting on a tip we arrived at Casa Chevrolet's service department without an appointment. Speaking with Richard Chavez (Service Manager), I explained we were weary traveler's with car trouble that was trying to get to California. With a smile Richard said "No problem". He spoke with the Corvette Technician Hector Gutierrez, and we were back on the road in ninety minutes. To make things even better while we waited we were treated like everyone there had known us for years. Amazing service with nice people, if you need help while in Albuquerque don't hesitate to stop by Casa Chevrolet. More

Therese was a professional in every way throughout the sales process. She covered every detail I could possibly think about and made sure that just not her area was covered but that anyone else I had con sales process. She expediated the process as much as possible in order for me to get back to work and that was appreciated. Overall everyone that I meet at the dealership was friendly and helpful.
