Had intermittent problems with a mirror and had to replace it under the vehicle warranty. It was a pleasure working with Greg (my service adviser). He went out of his way to address the problem. I took my new car in after having it 3 months because the engine light came on and it was shaking a little. Greg was very honest with me regarding the possible problems and outcomes and reassured me that the engine light came on and it was shaking a little. Casa worked with me to find the truck that I wanted. They listened to my needs and found a perfect match. And they did not charge me an arm and a leg. I had my 2006 Jeep Commander towed to Marks Casas Jeep because it would not start. When I initially called,Greg in the service Dept. said that they could take it ASAP.
