My wife and I were going to purchase a vehicle here so we put a $500 deposit down with Zoey, the salesperson, and Victor, the sale manager. I asked Victor if for whatever reason we decided to back out we c put a $500 deposit down with Zoey, the salesperson, and Victor, the sale manager. I asked Victor if for whatever reason we decided to back out we could get our money back. He said absolutely. Two weeks later we decided to back out after realizing we needed a minivan sooner. The vehicle hasn't even built yet and but Victor stated it already has a vin and has to call his rep. Never heard anything back. I've called and left a voice mail to Victor and texted Zoey multiple times. Two more weeks later still no response. I've been ghosted. There were no contract signed that the money was nonrefundable. The people who work here are not to be trusted. I would never consider purchasing from this dealership. I will be contacting the BBB and State Attorney office soon. More
