My 2021 Wrangler (still under warranty and 20K Odom) went in December 16, 2023 with a check engine light came on due to loss of power. After daily calls and texts, misdiagnosis and change of diagnosis, back in December 16, 2023 with a check engine light came on due to loss of power. After daily calls and texts, misdiagnosis and change of diagnosis, back to original diagnosis, broken promises, no return calls from two service managers , I finally got my Jeep back yesterday after two months. I was charged $700 for replacing six spark plugs which are not under warranty. The entire time my Jeep was in this dealership, no one could be upfront with me on the status of the repair. I will not be returning to this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone else. More
