I bought a car from Steve, it was the sales managers car so it had 4000 miles on it. When I got it home it looked as if the black paint were washed with steel wool several times. But when I got it home in the garage with the lights on it it looked just as bad as before. I was called a liar today and was also told I could pay for the polish to remove the marks I asked to return the car they told me no way. I will never use LHM again, and I buy an average of one car a year. More

This was quite an undertaking and everything came together as it should have. Since then with many oil changes and other service related issues since, there was no doubt that when my Husband and I were to finalize plans for our new car, we would purchase through the Murray dealership. Was not happy with the fact once again they did not vacum out the Car. Other place will with the service I got.
