Let me just say he is the best car salesman I have ever worked with compared to my experiences from purchasing/building vehicles from Toyota, BMW and Jeep in a different location. From my pre-vehicle and post-vehicle experience everything was a 10/10. When we finalized the paperwork for my vehicle he personally did a full detail inside and out on my Ram due to there not being any cleaners available. Words cannot describe how outstanding his customer service is. He will now be the main person I go to should I need another vehicle or have any concerns. We went in with no plans to buy a vehicle but wanted to start doing our research to see what options there may be as we were going to be in the market shortly. We left later that afternoon in a beautiful Grand Cherokee that fit all the specifications we were looking for and then some! He even got us decked out with the all weather mats! Max was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I usually dread going to the dealership but Max never once made us feel pressured or rushed. We felt that he was truly genuine and wanted to do what he could to make us feel comfortable with the process. Though we did not plan to be leaving that day in a new vehicle (nor did we need to), he made us an offer we just could not refuse.
