DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took mine in for automatic running boards not working. They told my extended warranty company that they were after market and not covered and I h I took mine in for automatic running boards not working. They told my extended warranty company that they were after market and not covered and I had to pay for the entire service, but they weren't after market, they are standard on my truck. Took me 2 days to straighten this out and for them to "fix" the issue. They never fixed the issue and I had to take it in again 2 days later. Once they actually fixed it then they forgot to reconnect the "auto seat profile" buttons. Had to take it back in and get that fixed. Then a week later I discovered that when I rolled the window down the door latch would disconnect and you couldn't shut the driver door until the window was rolled back up. This required another trip in and another day to fix this issue. This service department is shady and lack attention to detail More

I bought my new Jeep Wrangler 4xe on Saturday. I came back in on Thursday and I was gretted by Max Houieh. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Hi I am writing to you because this dealership Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 104th 1800 W 104th, Denver, CO 80234 where I took my car to has been broken into my car twice now. Multiple cars were Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 104th 1800 W 104th, Denver, CO 80234 where I took my car to has been broken into my car twice now. Multiple cars were involved the first time. I need help to getting this out there so people know what's going on at this dealership. I talked to the representative that works there. Nothing was done. Talked to the manager and stated they weren't going to do anything about it. Talked to the director and same thing. I had to file a claim through my insurance to make sure my car would be taken care of. Even had to call the Thornton Police Department twice now to make police reports. The first time the dealership called and reported but the second time they didn't I have to make this phone call. When asked to see if there was something on videotape and they stated nothing was caught. How was there enough time to steal my rims and tires the first time. My car was just left on rocks. Second time both windows were broken. How is that they had enough time to open the engine and steal the intake electrical wiring with back taillights with front bumper. Now filing 2 separate claims under my insurance is unacceptable. I feel this is unprofessional of a dealership to not own to what has happened. I have only had my car for a month and only brought it in because I had warranty and to fix what was wrong with it. They now have had my car for 2 months way longer then I had it for. This place is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever had to deal with. More

I cannot even justify one star for the service I received. I bought the warranty when I purchased my Jeep. I recently had trouble with a leak near the transmission. Took it to Auto Nation and wit received. I bought the warranty when I purchased my Jeep. I recently had trouble with a leak near the transmission. Took it to Auto Nation and within a couple of hours they said they had good news and bad. Good news is that the warranty covered the repair. Bad news that they could not fix it, as the warranty was limited to the dealer service center where I purchased the car. They could have fixed it within 2 days. Had to make an appointment with the dealer service center. Took me 4 weeks to get an appointment. The service was terrible. Took it in Monday night for my Tuesday morning appointment. Did not hear back from them for a day and a half. Tuesday afternoon, he finally told me the warranty covered the repair. Well, I knew that already. Auto Nation told me that within 2 hours. Then it took them until Wednesday afternoon to even start on the car. No updates. I had to keep contacting them. It took until Friday night, literally at closing time of 6pm for my car to be done. Very POOR customer service from the rep in the Service Center named Robbie. I won't give last names, but after a whole week of stress and no contact except when I called, it was the worst car service I have ever experienced and will NEVER buy another car from Larry H Miller due to the POOR service. Since, I needed two she retrieved another then showed me how to separate keyfob. How refreshing to know such a simple task can be done with such a nice level of professionalism. Thank you! More
