Eventually Terry took us inside to get a water and some popcorn. We are not new to this car buying experience, and are fully aware that once you walk in the door the associates do what they do to try to move you into the area to sit down to do the typical credit inquiry, money talk, let's get you into a deal TODAY.....situation. We assured them that we would return for business once we were ready in about 30-60 days or so, IF they did not pressure us, call us, check on us and harass us! They honored our requests, and so we returned about a month later with 2 trade-ins and we walked out with what we felt was a pretty easy experience with minimal pain and suffering :D. Thanks Terry for not being pushy, and making the process simple. Pedro Tanori the finance service guy was amazing as well didn’t drag anything out or pressure me into anything, and made sense of the things I wasn’t 100 percent sure of and he was quick but not to quick with the process he’s for sure the next GM at one of the locations.
