Beyond satisfied!! My husband and I sought Ryan's assistance in finding a new vehicle for our family. We had a few specifications (fuel efficiency 25+mpg, hatchback/small SUV, 5 passenger minimum) besides fitting in to our budget. Ryan searched the data base and found a few pre-owned vehicles to look at. We found one that stood out above the rest, a 2014 Fiat. The process of financing was very painless. We were offered a bumper to bumper 100,000 mile extended warranty and Gap protection that was very affordable. All staff we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Not only was Ryan able to meet our specifications, he found us a vehicle with luxury options that exceeded our expectations and kept us under budget. The vehicle at the time we test drove it, it hadn't been detailed and there was some peeling tint on 2 wing windows. Ryan made arrangements for the vehicle to be detailed and the tint fixed on a week day. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with our experience and our purchase.
