They do not honor what they put in writing. Because I can't give a zero. Worked with Christian over the phone for about a week. Got them to send me exact out the door prices for the jeep I wante Because I can't give a zero. Worked with Christian over the phone for about a week. Got them to send me exact out the door prices for the jeep I wanted. Drove all the way from chandler to look into buying the jeep at the prices that were emailed to me. Test drove the jeep I liked and then went to talk the numbers. This is where they pulled a bait and switch. The jeep I liked and wanted to buy wasn't the one they sent me the numbers for (even though I confirmed the stock# multiple times). And the rebates I would get for financing I don't qualify for (evening though I gave them my credit score). So instead of the numbers I was sent the cost would now be more than 8,000 dollars more. And all they would say is that I was sent those numbers by mistake and apologize, but not even try to honor what they put in writing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, THEY PULL BAIT AND SWITCHS. More
