Made an appointment for an 8:20 am oil change. My service advisor wasn’t at work, when I arrived so another associate checked me in. Was asked if I wanted to wait the 90 min for the oil change. I My service advisor wasn’t at work, when I arrived so another associate checked me in. Was asked if I wanted to wait the 90 min for the oil change. I said sure. After waiting the 90 min, I went to check on the progress and was told it would be at least another 2 hours. I asked about making the 8:20 appointment and was told nonchalantly by my late for work service advisor Oscar, that it was just a check in time. Not an appointment time. I got my vehicle back and won’t be going there again. More

I've gotten my wrangler maintenanced here a couple of times and the advisors are super friendly, super on top of knowing the status of my car! I would also like to appreciate Fred as he always answered m times and the advisors are super friendly, super on top of knowing the status of my car! I trust these guys,they fixed poor workmanship from Surprise dealership, twice ! the last one was a screw job from the service manager which saved me over ten thousand dollars. I can no longer trust th Surprise dealership, twice ! the last one was a screw job from the service manager which saved me over ten thousand dollars.
